Anonymous asked: heyy so i saw ur on vsthinspiraitons 10 dc. and i am too. i was gonna ask her this- but shes got so many questions to answer. so .. even tho ive made great progress on the challenge and im only on day 4 i cant help but worry. i know she says that you wont gain the weight back but this is making me freak out! i lost weight rly fast before and gaind it plus more back. can u assure me that this plan doesnt back fire? thanks!

Hey you should have sent this to Alex but, I haven’t gained anything back on the 10dc! As long as you keep eating sensibly after and doing some workouts during the week you should be fine! And keep up the water and green tea, it stops cravings !! Xx
